PURE FAQ: Questions and answers about the new offer

PŸUR FAQ – With the introduction of the new Prue tariff world, Tele Columbus, Primacom, HL komm and pepcom are now offering their customers a uniform portfolio. In our FAQ we have compiled the most important questions and answers on the new offer.

From Tele Columbus becomes PUR

From now on, Tele Columbus, Primacom, HL komm and pepcom customers can access the new  PUEUR tariffs . These offer various Internet, fixed-line, TV and mobile radio offers, which can be individually combined on request. The core of the offer is a modular system, from which interested parties can select the appropriate building blocks. On request, the Surf & Phone packages 60 and 120 can also be booked with two prefabricated bundles.

You can find an overview of the mobile phone tariffs offered in this article. We have introduced the new Internet, fixed-line and TV packages in this article.

What is the name of the new offers? PURE or Pure?

The brand name of the new offers is  PÜR and is pronounced “Pjur”. The internettarife, on the other hand, is marketed under the term pure and is a component of the product configurator, from which customers can individually assemble their desired services.

When will the new PÜR tariffs be available?

The new portfolio will be available from Wednesday, October 4, 2017 and can be booked in PUUR’s Onlineshop.

Are tariffs only available online?

No, in addition to the Onlineshop, the PÜRT tariffs can also be booked in the PÜUR shops and in specialist shops. The PUUR-Onlineshop offers a shopfinder.

What is the minimum contract term?

The minimum contract term is affected by the booked tariff model. While the Pure tariffs from the Configurator can be terminated monthly after a minimum contract term of 3 months, the Surf & Phone + TV Combi packages are available with a term of 24 months.

The core element of the new PÜR offer is, however, the pure modular kit from the Configurator, with which interested parties can compile individually tailored tariffs. The minimum contract term is only 3 months. Subsequent termination is possible at any time with a period of 4 weeks at the end of the month.

Are the new tariffs available in all regions
or are they regional differences?

Households connected to the DOCSIS cable network can use the full tariff range and access speeds of up to 400 Mbit / s. In the remaining networks, a lower bandwidth and therefore a restricted portfolio are offered.

What speeds can be used in the tariffs?

In the Combined tariffs Surf & Phone + TV 60 and 120 maximum download speeds are 60 Mbit / s and 120 Mbit / s. The maximum upload is 3 Mbit / s and 6 Mbit / s.

In the PureSpeed case rates , download rates of up to 200 Mbps and 400 Mbps are included, the upload is 8 Mbps or 12 Mbps.

Can I switch between the new tariffs? What are the requirements?

Thanks to the short duration and notice period of the Pure tariffs, it is possible to switch between the models easily and without a long waiting period.

What happens to existing customers, such as Tele Columbus or Primacom?

We have summarized in a separate article which aspects should be observed for existing customers and what changes are occurring.
