Nokia 8: 6 GB RAM and 128 GB memory version comes to Germany

Nokia 8

Nokia 8 with 6 GB of RAM – With the Nokia 8, HMD Global introduced the first new Nokia Android smartphone, which is located in the upper-class area. On board is among other things 4 Gigabyte RAM and 64 GB memory. Now the manufacturer has announced an improved version with 6 gigabytes of RAM and 128GB of flash memory.

Nokia 8 with 6 GB of RAM

The already available in Germany Nokia 8 offers the fast Snapdragon 835 processor with 4 gigabytes of memory and internally 64 gigabytes of memory. A dual camera with Carl Zeiss logo, a 5.3 inch display with QHD resolution and pure Android pre-installed round off the high-quality equipment package.

HMD Global has now announced a better version, which is also intended to start in the trade. Instead of 4 GB RAM should be 6 GB of memory on board and 128 gigabytes of flash memory.

Release end of October

While the original Nokia 8 is offered with an RRP price of 579 euros, the bored model is to cost just 670 euros. The surcharge of about 90 euros seems justified.

The new Nokia 8 will be available in the colors blue gold and copper gold. Whether the color variants black, blue and stainless steel follow is not known. According to reports, a sales start is planned on 20 October. Whether Android 8.0 Oreo is preinstalled, or still Android 8.0 nougat, must be waited.
