Flyte: Floating light bulb with wireless power supply

The Swedish company Flyte has developed a floating luminaire, which is able to provide its light services permanently in the air thanks to a cordless power supply via induction. The designer piece is called Flyte Magnus 2.0 and comes in the form of an old-fashioned light bulb, although of course LEDs are used here. Unfortunately, the hovering effect does not go beyond the effect – that the luminaire flies, has no practical advantage. Consequently, the part is then exorbitantly expensive, Flyte Magnus 2.0 is $ 349 cost, an alternating light still $ 59.
