A few hours after the event at the Steve Jobs Theater where the new iPhones will be officially cleared, a post on the Qualcomm blog with which it seems to mean “eye to Apple’s marketing, we came before us”. The manufacturer enumerates and highlights the primates achieved with Android partner partners in the introduction of some technologies, some of which are expected on the ten-year iPhone.
A self-celebrating post but not without inaccuracies. The image that enters the merit and accompanies it seems to have been compiled on the basis of a somewhat “googlata”, almost hasty. An example? Well on Bluetooth 5.0 is inaccurate the mention of LG V30 presented in the IFA 2017 frame when instead Samsung Galaxy S8 brought it to the debut at the end of March.
The Qualcomm intent is clear, almost as if it wants to undermine what Apple will announce during its event despite the fact that the Cupertino company is never named. But the timing is perfect, and the cause that sees the two opposites of the paternity of some patents is just another spy on an out-of-the-way suspect.
