Telekom EU Flat Plus – The EU Flat Plus roaming option introduced last year at IFA has already been discontinued by Telekom. Only existing customers can use the package for the time being.
Telekom EU Flat Plus
As Teltarif reports, the Telekom has set the Roaming option EU Flat Plus without announcement. This is the result of a request to the press office, it is said. The package was presented last year to the IFA in Berlin and has since been booked as part of the MagentaEins benefits.
The EU Flat Plus cost 10 euros per month and provided a language pack from Germany to numerous European and international countries. Including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the USA, Canada and Turkey. The flat could be used both over the mobile phone connection as well as over the Festnetzanschluss. In addition, the package has also been available for communication within the countries to Germany for some time.
One reason for the sudden end of the option does not call the Telekom. The company has not yet named a replacement. For new customers, the EU Flat Plus is no longer available; existing customers can use the data afterwards for the time being.
Only in the MagentaMobil XL Premium is it still contained, but is not passed there under its name so far. The tariff costs 199.95 euros per month and offers besides an voice and SMS Flat an unlimited data flat. The conditions can also be used abroad.
