Good news for the owners of a Sosh package at 24.99 euros per month, the operator has just returned to unlimited calls to the fixed phones of Europe. A return that follows the complaints of customers disappointed by the changes arrived last April.
In March 2017, Sosh announced excellent news to its customers: the data envelopes of its main packages were doubled. The package at 24.99 euros then went from 20 to 40 GB of data in 4G per month. But Sosh then took advantage of it to make disappear its application Libon, which made it possible to pass communications to and from abroad. In theory, this should not have caused too many problems, since last May Sosh announced that its packages could be used throughout the European Union, as in France.
There was, however, an important limit to the end of roaming on Sosh packages: it was no longer possible to make free calls from France to fixed phones in Europe. Good news, Sosh has come back on this decision. One can read on his blog:
We decided to add calls to Europe for the 24.99 € package and its equivalent packages Sosh mobile + Livebox: from today, customers receive unlimited calls (from the mobile) from France to the fixed areas of Europe, Switzerland and Andorra.
Sosh also specifies this improvement is no surcharge and applies since August 23 last.
