Mobile data: Opera Max set, shutdown coming soon

At the end of 2013, Opera introduced the Max service, which provides data compression on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets with Android. The service expanded to Europe in 2014, the app has already been removed from the Google Play Store.

Opera focuses on browsers and upcoming services; Max stands for a different focus from the past years. The app is no longer in the Play Store, users who use Opera Max can continue this indefinitely. When the service of Opera is discontinued is not clear. Users should be informed in time.
