The new nettop ASRock Beebox rely on Intel Apollo Lake platform

ASRock has introduced computers small form factor Beebox J3455 and Beebox J4205, which can be used as a media center PC for office or educational sphere and so on.

The devices rely on a hardware platform Intel Apollo Lake. Model Beebox J3455 endowed processor Celeron J3455, which includes four processor cores with a nominal frequency of 1.5 GHz and the possibility of increasing to 2.3 GHz. Responsible for processing graphics controller integrated Intel HD Graphics 500.

Modification Beebox J4205 has on-board Pentium J4205 chip combining four cores with a nominal frequency of 1.5 GHz (dynamically increased to 2.6 GHz), and the Intel HD Graphics accelerator 505.

Nettops allow the use of up to 16 Gbytes DDR3L-1866/1600/1333 RAM. Provided eMMC flash module with a capacity of 32 GB. Optionally, M.2 SSD and size 2.5 inch drive.

Features include wireless adapters Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet controller and an audio codec Realtek ALC283. Dimensions are 110 × 46 × 118.5 mm.

On the front cover removed ports USB 3.0 and USB 3.0 Type-C, as well as the audio jack. The back is an HDMI interface (× 2) and DP, two USB 3.0 ports and a slot for a network cable.
