Fanfocus 2017 – The current Fanfocus raises the discounter AldiTalk again in the first place. Directly behind is the provider 1 & 1. Tchibo mobile, in the last test still in second place, fell off. E-Plus and BASE ended up in last place.
Fanfocus 2017: Aldi Talk ahead
The current fanfocus 2017 once again takes AldiTalk to the first place of the Siegertreppchen, place two is occupied by 1 & 1. The congstar and the previous Tchibo mobile reached place three and four. The closing lights are mobilcom-debitel, BASE and E-Plus.
The fanfocus determines the number of fans, ie consumers with an above-average emotional attachment and overall satisfaction with a mobile operator. If one of the two parameters is not so pronounced, sympathizers, mercenaries and prisoners are spoken of. Whoever does not combine either of the two aspects is an opponent.
Aldi Talk and 1 & 1 with most fans
AldiTalk again showed the most fans at 39 percent. In the previous year, the value of the discounters was 37 percent. 1 & 1 fought from the third to the second place, the survey determined a fan value of 30 percent. Congstar and Tchibo mobil landed third and fourth with 27 percent and 23 percent respectively. The o2 brand Tchibo mobile lost a whopping 12 percent and two seats.
While Vodafone, O2 and the Telekom are located in the midfield, it was enough for mobilcom-debitel, E-Plus and BASE only for the last seats. The three providers combined 13 percent, 12 percent and 10 percent fans, but the number of opponents outnumbered them by 28 percent, 25 percent and 23 percent. Only the Telekom and o2 had with 31 per cent and 30 per cent more opponents.
