Apple takes VPN apps from the China App Store

Some time ago, there was probably a decision in China that VPN apps must register themselves in order to continue running in the country and now Apple follows this decision and throws various VPN apps out of the range. ExpressVPN, Star VPN and several others are affected, and you can assume that a large firewall has hit back and that the encrypted, difficult to monitor communication with the outside world is to be made more difficult for the Chinese.

Because the App Store can not handle Apple products, this is likely to be a major problem for Apple, as its centralism seems to have no choice but to respond to the government’s centralism. In other shops these apps are still present and should they have to disappear
