In contrast to the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus, Apple will present with the iPhone 8 a completely new smartphone. According to previous information, the smartphone offers an almost borderless display, a dual camera and special new features.

Forbes has released renderings from the iPhone 8, which are supposed to show the smartphone in final version. The render images are based on previous Leaks from the iPhone 8 and were designed in collaboration with Gordon Kelly and the protective sleeve manufacturer Nodus.

New Features for iPhone 8

On the render pictures the iPhone 8 is switched on from all sides shown. It is powered by a 5.8 inch display, which is surrounded by a four millimeter thick frame. Despite larger display it is therefore only minimally larger than the iPhone 7. Above are earpiece, front camera and various sensors to recognize. Reception WLAN and battery displays seem to hide around the self-contained camera.

According to rumors, the anniversary iPhone will cost between 1,100 and 1,200 dollars. Two memory alternatives are possible, with either 128 or 256 gigabytes of internal memory. The power button is larger than in previous models. Whether Touch ID (fingerprint sensor) is integrated in the button must be waited. A dual camera, whose lenses are arranged vertically one above the other, were also seen on various leaks. The 12-megapixel camera could each offer a wide-angle and a telephoto lens. The iPhone 8 is the first smartphone from Apple, which can be recharged wirelessly according to the latest standard. A release should take place in September. Cover image: Forbes
