RunMyProcess provides a solution for digital processes end-to-end
HomeServe USA1 is an example of how RunMyProcess has allowed the digitization of end-to-end principle processes for the introduction of new products, co-creating with the client a new central process, supported by seven subprocesses linked to 21 cross-functional teams; the benefits for USA HomeServe have resulted in a faster time to market, greater scalability and control of operations, lower risks related to regulations and the ability to view real-time status of the product.
Helen Boyian, Product Operations Director of HomeServe USA , said: “We wanted to use digital technology to create a task more accurate, efficient and scalable, able to sustainably absorb the growth of the market. Also, we were trying to minimize risk and maximize efficiency. The existing manual processes were almost collapsing, with a lack of visibility and control between the various functions that put the business at risk, hampering growth. “
