If we know for several weeks that the Galaxy Note 8 will be presented next month at a press conference, it was not yet clear when. According to several Korean media, Samsung has already chosen the date of 23 August.
If we believe the rumors reported by The Bell and The Investor, two Korean newspapers, Samsung would have planned to present its Galaxy Note 8 on 23 August. The date has not yet been officially confirmed by the brand, but both newspapers claim to hold their senior executive information at Samsung.
A device with a design similar to that of the Galaxy S8
But what does the Galaxy Note 8 stand for? Unlike in previous years, leakage has been rather challenging to date. The American journalist Evan Blass (@evleaks on Twitter), published a few days ago an article taking stock of the future technical sheet of the phone.
According to him, the Galaxy Note 8 will look much like the Galaxy S8 + released last March. The device should therefore benefit from the same large 6.2-inch screen at 18.5: 9 ratio and curved edges. If the general design will change little of what we already know, Samsung would have planned to incorporate two new features: a stylus but also and especially a dual photo sensor.
