Yotaphone 3 presented – Announced the 3rd generation of the Yotaphone, Yotaphone 3, a few days ago. Now the smartphone with an e-ink display on the back was officially presented in a press release. The Yotaphone 3 will be launched in autumn.
Yotaphone 3 with better hardware
Officially, the smartphone was now presented with a press release from the Russian state company Rostec. Compared to its predecessor, the new Yotaphone 3 offers improved hardware, as well as two high-resolution cameras.
From autumn, the smartphone will be available in two different versions. Depending on the memory size, the Yotaphone 3 will cost about 350 and 450 dollars respectively.

Officially, hardware and equipment details for the Yotaphone 3 are not yet known. So far, it is assumed that the smartphone is operated via a 5.5-inch display with full-HD resolution. The rear-panel E-Ink display has a diagonal of 5.2 inches and offers HD resolution. The E-Ink screen is always always in operation.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset with 4 gigabytes of memory, the website Engagdet reports, is currently unconfirmed. The main camera is likely to dissolve with 12-megapixel and the Selfie camera is supposed to offer 13-megapixel. Other features of the Yotaphone 3 are USB Type C, a 3,200 mAh battery, WLAN and LTE. The 64 GB flash memory variant costs 315 euros and another version with supposedly 128 GB of storage costs 100 euros more to book. When a release is planned in Germany is not known.
