The design of the iPhone 7 Plus took time to infuse with the manufacturers, but now the fold seems taken. After the OnePlus 5, it is the turn of the new smartphone of Oppo to go there of his “tribute” to the phablette of Apple.
The aluminum frame of the Oppo R11 has two horizontally positioned cameras, all packed together in a black pad that evokes the iPhone 7 Plus. We also find a design of antennas which, to be discreet, also recalls that on the back of Apple’s big smartphone.
Two cameras on the back
For the rest, this R11 shows good technical provisions. It includes an AMOLED screen of 5.5 inches (1080p), a Snapdragon 660 supported by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
The battery has a capacity of 2,900 mAh, which seems little for a device of this caliber. The R11 Plus also offers a 4.000 mAh battery and a 6-inch (1080p) display.
The cameras on the back are 16-megapixel (wide-angle) and 20-megapixel (with digital zoom x2) sensors, which will allow you to create portraits with blur in the background … just like the iPhone 7 Plus. On the other hand, this new model of Oppo includes a port jack!
The price of this smartphone starts at 440 $, but a priori one will find it only in China. If it were to be marketed in the United States or Europe, it is likely that Apple would like to engage a judicial arm.
