An informal meeting to present the results achieved during the fiscal year 2016 and new developments in the near future: this was the theme of the recent Talentia Software meeting. Talentia’s ownership is currently divided between an investment fund (80%) and the company’s management (20%), which is therefore directly involved in the choices and results achieved. The organization is strong in presence in several geographical areas, including, in addition to Italy: France (headquarters), Spain, UK, Portugal and Greece, more activities through partners practically all over the world. In particular, the R & D Centers are three, of which the Italian one is in Bari and specializes in one of Talentia’s two business branches: HCM, Human Capital Management, that is, human resources management. Talentia’s second focus area, CPM (Corporate Performance Management), sees the company as one of the leading players in the market, with clients of all respect in Italy, such as Mondadori and Italtel. A strong impetus to the development of the CPM area has been given and is still being offered by the need to adhere to the European Compliance standards, which must be submitted by all companies. “Our solutions are absolutely ready to help our customers to ensure compliance with all new regulations,” says Marco Bossi, managing director of Talentia Software; The ease of use and speed with which we can implement complete solutions, both on-premises and cloud, is a further stimulus to adopt them. ” Talentia has announced, among other things, that the availability of version 8 Talentia Financial Performance, Talentia Budgeting & Planning and Talentia Consolidation & Reporting, has been officially announced, with the aim of further enhancing the analysis and forecasting functions.
