Google: an all-in-one screen for future Pixels?

The two future pixels, the high-end smartphones from Google, are still largely unknown. But gradually, rumors begin to draw a portrait of these devices may well embrace the current trend.

A credible benchmark GFXBench indeed gives an idea of what to expect. Pixel XL 2, since it is this model in question, and could have a 5.6-inch screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,312. An original format, which suggests that it will be a while height screen, like the Galaxy or LG S8 G6.

The idea is not bad. The experience with these two smartphones has shown that screen format is efficient and pleasant to handle. So why not the Pixel? Google kindly force the hand of developers to adapt their applications to this resolution, which is always good to take to the users.

High-end and a large screen

Record this Pixel XL 2 also announces a Qualcomm processor eight-core 2.4 GHz (Snapdragon 835) coupled with a GPU Adreno 540, 3.6 GB of RAM (4GB, in short), a 100-GB storage capacity, a 12-megapixel camera back and 7 megapixel front. There are still a few months to Google to refine the device and improve some components, but it is more than likely that we are there in front of the future large format range Pixel 2.

Recall that Google should launch by the end of the year, two models of smartphones, the Pixel 2 (codenamed “Walleye”) and XL Pixel 2 ( “Muskie”). The search engine may finally launch this innovation in France: the intelligent assistant Google will include the French this summer.
