Thus, pre-orders for the first batch of Core i9, Core i7 and Core i5 families Kaby Lake-X and Skylake-X can be formalized next week.
The number of CPU models that will be available for enthusiasts primarily includes Core X with the number of cores from 4 to 10 inclusive. They can be ordered from the 19th of June, deliveries will start from the same date.
The rest of the families, including processors with a large number of nuclei will come into the market later. Output 12-core Core i9-7920X scheduled for August – is now confirmed officially. Even more multi-core chips, Core i9-7940X, Core i9-7960X and 18-core flagship Core i9-7980X Extreme Edition, is expected to become available only in October this year.
