Huawei Honor 9 presented with dual camera and Kirin 960 chip

Honor 9 HerstellerHonor 9 – The Huawei subsidiary Honor has introduced her new flagship, Honor 9, in her home country. The Honor 9 shines with superior mid-range equipment, dual camera and the fast HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor. A Germany release is planned.

The new flagship of the Huawei subsidiary Honor, Honor 9, is operated via a 5.15 inch display with full HD resolution. The drive is powered by the in-house HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, which is also used in the Huawei Mate 9 or Huawei P10.

The chipset, each with four ARM cortex A73 cores and four ARM Cortex A53 cores, clocks up to 2.4 GHz and should not be a problem for very fast performance. A version of the Honor 9 will give it with four GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory and another version with six GB of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal memory.

Dual-Camera in Honor 9

As in the Huawei top model P10, the Honor 9 also uses a dual camera. The lenses with an f / 2.2 aperture provide 20 or 12 megapixels, of which on the one hand grayscale recordings are made and on the other hand the detailed range is improved. Other features of the main camera are a laser autofocus and recordings in 4K video quality. On the front is an 8-megapixel with an f / 2.0 aperture is installed.

The high quality case is made of aluminum and glass. The 3,200 mAh strong energy dispenser can be charged quickly by fast-charge technology. For fast connections WLAN and LTE are on board. Dual SIM function is made possible by two sim card slots. The Honor 9 starts in the colors gray, black, blue and gold for between 300 and 393 euro (depending on the variant) for the time being in China. An exact Germany start has not yet been fixed, but a launch is planned for June 27 in Berlin.
