HP introduced a new gaming notebook and desktop PC series Omen

HP announced the company in the family Omen products new laptops and desktops for gaming fans.

Buyers can choose between two laptops Omen – with a screen size of 15.6 and 17.3 inches diagonally. The resolution may be 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K format) or 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD). In addition, HP will offer a version with support for G-Sync and FreeSync.

Laptops are on board Intel Kaby Lake processor (Core seventh generation). The memory volume can be up to 16 GB in the younger version and up to 32 GB of the older. Installation of a traditional hard disk drive, solid state drive, or ligaments. 17-inch model can be equipped with an optical drive.

As for the graphics, then the younger version of HP offer accelerators NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD RX500, for older – NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD RX580.

Laptops have a backlit keyboard, port USB Type-A (× 3), USB Type-C, an SD-card reader, HDMI interface, mini Display, Ethernet, and so forth.

Omen desktop computer, in turn, may depend on the processor Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD Ryzen. The top configuration includes a graphics accelerator NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti or AMD RX580, up to 32 GB of RAM DDR4, PCIe SSD drive and so forth.

An interesting feature is the presence of two PC drive bays in the front part, with a “hot” replacement. Available in a total of ten of USB-ports, including two connector USB Type-C.

The price of laptops with 15- and 17-inch screen will be between $ 1,000 and $ 1,100, respectively, the desktop – from $ 900.
