In recent days we have reported the news that short WhatsApp should be enriched with stickers, or stickers if you prefer the corresponding anglofono. Let’s go back to the topic once again at WABetaInfo, a well-known source when it comes to WhatsApp.
It seems that the well-known messaging app is intended to inherit some stickers from Facebook, the company that bought WhatsApp a few years ago and has recently been duplicated for data sharing without user consent.
These should be the first three packs of stickers that can be used within the chat room even though in the future a virtual store could be introduced from which to download additional sets of images to use. Integration between the two companies seems to be intensifying in the near future, which, according to WABetaInfo again, WhatsApp could soon use Facebook’s infrastructure.
This would mean that WhatsApp could use, perhaps even exclusively, Facebook servers to handle their connections. We will know more soon, and will not miss the news in the coming days.
