Guarantee and warranty
In principle, the same restrictions apply to the exchange and warranty. These are also regulated differently depending on the country. Owners of a defective Nokia 3310 (2017) must contact the mobile operator or the store where the device was purchased. There the defective device is exchanged against a new Nokia 3310. On the manufacturer’s website, “replacement phones are offered instead of repairs”.
