The Colette store is often intended for limited editions and luxury goods. But nostalgia at a tight price will soon seize the Parisian store.
This seems strange for those who did not follow it, but the Nokia 3310 was the real phenomenon of the last MWC 2017. And the remake of this mythical phone is about to go out in France. HMD Global, the company that owns the rights to use the brand, will have to play a serious role in marketing.
And the choice of the luxury store Colette seems quite wise. It had allowed the OnePlus brand to create an excitement around its latest model, and should here play the revival card.
Indeed, the model we were able to test at the Barcelona show did not really convince us since it was more of a phone feature than an entry-level proposal in telephony. The ergonomics were not optimal, and the whole thing did not look as solid as its predecessor.
It will be available for € 69.90 as a preview on May 22 in the concept store, located at 213 rue Saint-Honoré. Guests can choose from a variety of colors. The 3310 will then officially be released on 6 June.
