Angebliches OnePlus 5 Bild GeekbuyingOnePlus 5 sketch leaped – The start-up company OnePlus will present the successor to the OnePlus 3T in the summer. Previous leaks show a high-end smartphone with OHD display and Snapdragon 835 chipset. In a Geekbench, the alleged OnePlus 5 is faster than the Galaxy S8.

OnePlus 5: sketch leaked

Carl Pei, head of OnePlus, had published a photo about Instagram, which shows a still unknown smartphone. Two camera lenses can be seen on the picture. Meanwhile the Instagram-Story was deleted. It is assumed however in the photos a test device of the OnePlus 5.

The microblogging service Weibo published a sketch, which gives first indications for the possible design of OnePlsu 5. Whether the photo of SlashLeaks published is genuine, is not to say with certainty. The sketch shows, among other things, a dual camera at the rear and also at the front.

Geekbench: OnePlus 5 faster than Galaxy S8 Plus

On the official website of OnePlus, the OnePlus 3T with 128 gigabyte flash memory can be selected, but the note “set” appears. Only the 64 GB version is still available. According to the Dutch website Tweakers, a setting of the 128 GB version is justified by the fact that OnePOlus is working on the completion of OnePlsu 5.

As reported by gsmarena, the OnePlus 5 is already in a Geekbench dipped. In the so-called multi-core test, the smartphone reaches a whopping 6687 points. A value that puts the OnePOlus 5 at the top of top-notch models. In a similar test, the current Samsung Galaxy S8 with Exynos chip reached “only” 6375 points and the Galaxy S8 Plus with Snapdragon 835 only 6084 points. The OnePlus 5 is also to be powered by the Snapdragon 835 chip. In the data sheet of Geekbench 4.1.0 the OnePlus 5 is listed with Android 7.1.1. Cover Picture Geekbuying.
