Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Italy, among the world’s first providers of software, information and services for professionals working in the tax, labor and small and medium-sized businesses, has formally joined Standard Assosoftware by signing the Memorandum of Understanding To the point by the association.
AssoSoftware, a national association that brings together and represents over 90% of Information Technology companies that implement application-management software for businesses, intermediaries and PA, has developed a standard for coding electronic B2B invoicing as a first step towards total Automation of the passive cycle.
According to the association, correctly recognizing and interpreting the meaning of information contained in B2B electronic invoices is the decisive factor in acquiring data automatically and gaining all the benefits of compiling them.
The underlying idea of Standard AssoSoftware is to define a range of additional information, compared to those already present in the B2B Invoice Income Account Plan, to be included in the invoice body as the “enrichment” of the basic content. This information will refer to shared tables across all house software to ensure perfect data integration within management systems. This way, you can automate the registration of your purchase invoice for business, accounting and VAT purposes.
Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Italy has signed the Protocol regulating the adoption of a standard coding for B2B and B2G electronic invoicing, which will be used within the XML path defined by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (DM 55 / 2013), to facilitate the integration of invoices in the passive cycle.
Pierfrancesco Angeleri, Managing Director of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Italy, emphasized the adherence to the Assosoftware standard, commenting: “We have joined the Association initiative because they believe this is the first step towards a Standard for other Cycle Documents Order to fully integrate the interchange of information between companies. Adhering to Standard AssoSoftware of all software houses will bring obvious benefits to the entire system. “
By means of a standard and “protocollated” encoding, the Assosoftware track will allow perfect integration into managers by automating the registration of invoices.
Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Italy solutions include the accountant in the process.
“The accountant,” says Angeleri, “for training but also for the legacy of the profession, is a heritage for his clientele. It is the figure that, thanks to the experience and the training, helps in the business and professional development of its customers. This is how Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Italy is absolutely present when developing new software. The digital solution does not rule out the accountant, his expertise is never automated. Our solutions, such as those for B2B electronic invoicing, involve the accountant with a role of supervision and observation. This is not a procedural extension, but it is a benefit to the customer in terms of reassurance and precision of performance and for the accountant who, with disabilities, remains central in the business while maintaining and increasing the knowledge of the client, his Activity and thus be able to always be aligned in its consultative function. “
