Cloudera announced the opening of nominations for the fifth edition of Data Impact Awards . The program grew year after year for the number of candidacies, celebrates the outstanding achievements of companies using CDH (the distribution of Apache Hadoop from Cloudera).
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced machine learning, the rise of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the ability to scale large amounts of data with cloud-based services: all these elements signify that the data for detailed analyzes have not more limits. The opportunities to discover new solutions to solve some of the biggest challenges in the world are now possible with the exploration science data, machine learning scale, predictive analysis, artificial intelligence and advanced data engineering.

Nominations are open to any organization that uses CDH in a production environment. A panel of distinguished judges third parties, including industry analysts, media and thought leaders from around the world, will evaluate all applications.
