The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, the two Samsung flagships featuring the mighty Snapdragon 835 and the equivalent Exynos 8895, have led to the possibility of someone boasting of the iPhone 7 Plus from the top of AnTuTu’s ranking With regard to the most powerful smartphones.
In the ranking that takes into account the benchmarks made in April, obviously calculating the average value and not the peak values that could be altered by too many variables. IPhone 7 Plus dominates again with over 177,000 points while Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus chase slightly less than 1730,000 points ahead of the iPhone 7. Much more detached are followed by other Android smartphones, equipped with Snapdragon 821 and Snapdragon 820, but they do not exceed 160,000 points.
Missing from the standings, but it was foreseeable, Xiaomi Mi 6 failed to pick up enough benchmarks to enter the standings on the three days of April when it was on the market. It will be interesting to find out whether the new top of the Xiaomi range will succeed thanks to its Snapdragon and 6 GB of RAM or to bend over to the power of the iPhone 7 at least on paper.
